Submitting an application through Hilldale Funding is free and will not obligate you to accept any funding offer. The process works as follows:

Step 1 — You submit basic business information through our application form.

Step 2 — We present you with an array of funding proposals at no cost or obligation.

Step 3 — You review and choose an offer that fits your needs.

Step 4 — Upon acceptance, funds are wired to your account, typically same day.

Approval is not guaranteed. Funding decisions depend on the individual lender’s criteria and your business profile.

Submitting an initial application through Hilldale Funding will not affect your credit score. However, once you accept a specific funding offer from a lender, that lender may conduct a hard credit inquiry as part of their approval process. You will be informed before any hard inquiry is made.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information in your application and during any verification process. Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Immediate termination of your application
• Disqualification from future use of our services
• Legal consequences where fraud laws apply

Hilldale Funding is not liable for funding decisions made by lenders based on information you provide.

Hilldale Funding does not monitor how you use the funds received through our platform. You are free to use the capital as you see fit for legitimate business purposes. You agree that the funds will not be used for any illegal activity.

Applying through Hilldale Funding is free. Any fees, interest rates, or repayment terms associated with a funding offer are set by the individual lender, not by Hilldale Funding. You will be clearly presented with all costs before accepting any offer. We encourage you to review all terms carefully before accepting funding.

Hilldale Funding works with a network of third-party lenders and financial partners. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the terms, practices, or decisions of these lenders. Once you accept a funding offer and enter into an agreement with a lender, your relationship is directly with that lender. Any disputes regarding the funding agreement must be resolved with the lender directly.

All content on the Hilldale Funding website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Hilldale Funding LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hilldale Funding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost business opportunities, financial losses, or damages resulting from a lender’s decision. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Hilldale Funding, if any.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any funding offer will be available to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hilldale Funding LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or any false or inaccurate information you provide.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Hilldale Funding LLC is incorporated. You agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration before pursuing litigation, where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
